In order to participate in CIG private placement investments you need to
be an accredited investor and that status must be verified before you
can participate.

Please read the following instructions:
1. Complete the CIG Accredited Investor
Attestation form
(pdf version) and send it to
us. Once it has been received and accepted, we will notify you by fax or
email of your acceptance.
2. Read Confidentiality Agreements that we send you.
3. Review the offering documents and the other enclosed information.
Please read these materials carefully, as they describe key risks of the
offering.
4. If you are interested in a particular partnership, complete the
required subscription documents which are included in the package we
send you.
5. Payment: Payment for all private placements is due when the documents
are submitted to the General Partner. Please make all checks payable to
the GP as instructed in the subscription documents. Checks made payable
to Christy Investment Group WILL NOT be accepted AND WILL BE RETURNED.
5. Notification: Once we have been notified by the GP of your
acceptance, we will forward that notification to you by fax or email. If
you have been allocated a partial position, you will receive further
instructions by fax or email.
